As SVP Design & Construction for Viceroy Hotel Group, Mike Paneri managed the hospitality technical services process for the ground up development of the Viceroy Anguilla Resort and Residences. Located in the British West Indies situated on 3,200 feet of beachfront land along Barnes and Meads BaysHere the resort encompasses thirty-five acres. The hotel features 166 bluff top and beachfront Villas, Townhomes and resort Residences. The project features three Bars and three Restaurants, Meeting space, an ocean front Spa, Fitness Center and numerous Recreational amenities.
